Clinics are held at a variety of locations across the Midlands. These are usually held on a Tuesday or Thursday morning, but this may vary from time to time. Each clinic is held at least once every 6 weeks and appontments are usually made for within 6 weeks of receipt of instruction. We endeavour to send the instructing party a confirmation of this information within 48hrs of receipt of instruction. The client is then given reasonable notice of the appointment, this usually being one moth prior to the appointment itself.
We endeavour to arrange appointments in a clinic closest to the patient's home location. If a different clinic location would be more appropriate, please let us know and we will make suitable arrangements.
A map giving the location of the clinic is sent to each client, along with other documentation that we ask them to fill in and bring with them to the appointment.
