About Us

Midlands Medico Legal Reporting Ltd is an independent company based in Wolverhampton, with regular clinics held throughout The Midlands,Worcestershire, South Yorkshire and London

Instructions are taken regarding personal injury claims invoving both soft tissue and bony injuries. Reports include a full review of the medical records as well as a detailed history and examination taken at the time of your client's clinic appointment.

The final report is addressed to the court by whom the matter is to be heard and is fully Part 35 compliant. Photographic images of residual scarring are also included when appropriate, with the client's consent.

The summary and opinion contained within the report gives a prognosis and discusses attributability and likely outcome of any accident related injuries. Further treatment or investigation is also discussed when relevant.

Instructions are also taken regarding physical injury and residual scarring in connection with asylum application. Photographic imagery is also included in  the final report (when applicable) for illustration.

Fee structure is fully compliant with the recent AMRO guidelines. No third party fees are involved.

Appointment times and dates are provided following receipt of instruction. We endeavour to do so within 48hrs of receipt. You will be either sent an email or contacted by telephone.

Clinic appointments occur within 6 weeks of referral, with the appointment being allocated to a clinic nearest to your client's postal address. Please indicate if other arrangements need to be made. Home visits are available on request.

Your client will be contacted with appointment details approximately 3-4 weeks prior to their appointment. If they are unable to attend, or wish to alter the arrangements, we would request that they contact us as soon as is possible.

The client will be sent a map giving the location of the clinic. Included with their appoinment letter will be a questionnaire regarding their accident, subsequent progress and treatment. It is requested that they complete this and bring it with them to their appointment. This will help greatly with their appointment as it is used in the production of the final report.

If all relevant documentation is available at the time of the appointment, the final report is made available within 2 weeks following the appointment. Otherwise, the report is made available once the full records have been provided.

Standard Feenotes are issued

when the report is sent out. Terms of payment are usually 90days, however please contact us to discuss this.
